housedata.uk is a property data aggregation service operated from the United Kingdom. For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, we are the data controller. You can contact us at hello@housedata.uk.
By creating an account or using our services you agree to these terms. housedata.uk aggregates publicly available property data from official registries and presents it in a single dashboard. The information we provide is not financial, legal, or surveying advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making property decisions.
To save properties, receive alerts, or generate reports you must register with a valid email address and a strong password (minimum 10 characters including upper-case, lower-case, number, and special character). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
